It tastes like garlic mash when you are done :)
What you need:
1 head of cauliflower
1tbsp half and half
1/2 stick of butter or equivalent in margarine
two cloves of garlic
pinch of salt and black pepper
Easy as 1-2-3!!!
- Boil some water in a sauce pan and add cauliflower and peeled garlic cloves, salt & pepper.
- Once cauliflower has softened drain water but KEEP garlic
- Add all the cauliflower and garlic to a food processor with butter and half & half
- MIX until smooth and texture is like good ole' mash potatoes!
